Owing to recent experience I wish to explain the background of my Terms & Conditions.

Moving or Cancelling an Appointment

My terms and conditions are important.  They enable me to offer a high quality service at an affordable and accessible price allowing me to help as many people as possible and earn my living at the same time.

If you have concerns before your appointment then please call me to discuss.  I still remember how I felt before my first colonic, I will understand how you are feeling and will be able to put your mind at rest.  Owing to the nature of the therapy it is important for there to b trust and respect on both sides of the client/therapist relationship. I respect your privacy, confidentiality and offer a safe space for you to be able to share details you may find uncomfortable.  In return I ask that you respect my time.

When you book an appointment you will recieve a confirmation and will also get a reminder 48 hours before.  If you are unable to attend please cancel at this point.  This allows me to offer the appointment to someone else and it also means we can stay friends!

Your First Appointment

The first appointment is longer and is also discounted. I allow extra time for an initial consultation so you get the benerfit of my expertise. You are paying very little for the additional time but that's my investment in you. 

A non-refundable deposit of £25 secures your first appointment.  Because the appointment is longer and discounted, I require 48 hours notice (not including Sundays and Bank Holidays) to move the appointment.  If you move the appointment with less than 48 hours notice there will be a charge of £25 (still discounted) which takes into account the additional time I am allowing you (x2).

Subsequent Appointments

An absolute minimum of 24 hours notice (not including Sunday and Bank Holidays) is required to move or cancel an appointment.  If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be asked to pay for the appointment.  

Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice may mean I ask you to pay a deposit on future appointments and in some cases may deny requests for further appointments.

If time allows, you will receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment.  If you need to cancel or move your appointment then this is the best time to do it.

Discounted Packages - Colonics

48 hours notice (not including Sundays and Bank Holidays) is required to move an appointment in a discounted package.

If you wish to move an appointment in a discounted package with less than 48 hours notice then there may be an additional charge. Cancelling an appointment in a discounted package, with less than 24 hours notice, the appointment will be forfeit.

If you fail to attend an appointment in a discounted package then the appointment will be deemed to have been taken.

Appointments cannot be transferred.

No refunds.

An appointment can only be moved once.
