Standard Appointments

When possible please give 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel an appointment.

Appointments moved or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of £20.

Missed appointments or those cancelled on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.

Discounted Packages

Discounted pakages are non-refundable.

Payment must be made in full, in advance or at the end of the first appointment.

Appointments cannot be moved or cancelled once booked so please make sure you pick a time you can definitely make to avoid disappointment. 

Missed appointments are forfeit and deemed to have been taken.

Appointments cannot be transferred to another party.

All appointments must be used within a defined period.
